Depalletizing systems are used, where products, which arrive on pallets, have to depalletized automatically and then transferred to the further automatic process.

A depalletizing system consists of handling system (robot or gantry systems), which takes individual packages from a layer or a complete layer of the pallet and place them either individually on a conveyor systems or the complete layer on an intermediate station, where the products then are separated and transferred to a conveyor system.

By means of a depalletizing system you are in a position to bring in packages, which are delivered sorted on a pallet for later multi-packaging on a multi-pallet or to store individual packs in an automated storage system.
