Heripack Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG was founded in the 1970s at Meschede where it has been producing case erecting machine since then. The machine programme of Heripack also comprises top loader, case sealer, case packer incl. palettising and depalletising systems as well as special designs.

Heripack offers to you semi-automatic case erecting machines as well as fully automatic case erecting machines:

For start of your packaging automation we recommend the semi-automatic bottom flap folding for supporting the case erecting by an operator. This case erecting machine of the series HB convinces through its flexibility. The operator first gives the erected American Case into the folder where the bottom flaps are immediately folded. The case is now ready for the following steps: manual filling and case sealing.

At the fully automatic case erecting machines of series AF the case blank is taken out of a magazine and erected. Then the case is transported to the bottom closing station where first the front flaps and then the lateral flaps of the bottom are turned and sealed with hotmelt or adhesive tape.

Depending on the required performance the following case erecting machine program is  available:

• Case erecting machine AF 1000: max. performance 13 cases / min.
• Case erecting machine AF 2000: max. performance 17 cases / min. – only hotmelt closure possible at bottom flaps
• Case erecting machine AF 3000: max. performance 25 cases / min. - only hotmelt closure possible at bottom flaps
