The Semi-automatic case erector of Heripack facilitate the start in automation of your packaging process

Heripack Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG located at Meschede has been specialising for many years in the manufacture of machines and equipment for carton packaging. This includes case erectors, case filling systems, case sealers, end of line packaging machinery and palletising / depalletising systems. But Heripack also offers semi-automatic solutions for start of your packaging automation.

The semi-automatic case erector of the series HB is called bottom flap folder; it can be used flexibility and convince through its sophisticated concept. Format changing? Not necessary here. The operator brings in the erected case blank (American Case) in the flap folder and the bottom flaps are folded within seconds. The case is then ready for further working process.

The case erector of series AF is working fully automatic. The case blank is taken of a magazine, erected and transferred to the bottom flap folding station. Here the bottom flap is folded and sealed with hotmelt or adhesive tape.  The case sealer of series AF is available in 3 different versions:

Case erectors AF 1000: for performances up to 13 cycles / min.
Case erectors AF2000: for performances up to 17 cycles / min. – closure of bottom only with hotmelt possible case erectors AF 3000: for performances up to 25 cycles/ min. - closure of bottom only with hotmelt possible
